I am trying to add two new screen names to our account but when I go to the Http listed above the message comes back that I am not able to go to this link with our main account. We have wireless connection and we have our main computer and two laptops that we would like to be onlinewith AOL at the same time but we can’t right now. How do we go about doing this?

IT IS A PAIN IN THE NECK TRYING TO ADD ANOTHER SCREEN NAME TO MY ACCOUNT.. I HAVE TRIED ALL MORNING AND THIS IS WHAT i GET “YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS FEATURE.”
I HAVE BEEN ON AOL FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND I DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO ANOTHER SCREEN NAME???????

I downloaded aol to my desktop – MAC but when I click on it, only one screen name comes up.On my windows all 4 screen names came up and I could chose. How do I get all screen names to come up?
